Wow, what an incredible journey it has been for me! Despite growing up in a small village in St. Croix, USVI with little exposure to medicine, I persevered and now, after thousands of births, I am incredibly proud of the work I have done.

For over 20 years, I have been a dedicated OBGYN in Lexington, Kentucky. In addition to my work as an OBGYN, I am also a proud business owner. Owning my own practice has allowed me to provide personalized care to my patients and create a welcoming environment for all. It has also afforded me the opportunity to give back to my roots by providing medical coverage in the Virgin Islands over the past few years. 

But my passion doesn't stop there. I am absolutely thrilled to be committed to advancing the careers of other minority students. My goal is to provide early exposure to multiple STEM careers, not just medicine. I believe that by inspiring the next generation of leaders, we can create a more inclusive future. That's why I am dedicated to mentoring and supporting students from underrepresented backgrounds. By sharing my story and experiences, I hope to inspire others to pursue their dreams and make a difference in their communities. I believe that every patient deserves to be treated with respect and compassion, and I strive to make that a reality every day.
